Frequent Questions
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking and reserve your preferred date and time. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment options:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card Payments (you don’t pay any extra Credit Card fees, they’re on us. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
- Bank Transfer (to be paid before your event)
- Cash on the Spot
- Credit Card Payment on the Spot (‘tap-and-go’, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
Yes, we charge an extra $55 for laser tag parties with inflatables in public parks. It is not a Council’s fee, it’s our extra fee, and it does not provide you with your local Council’s permission to use a park.
Extra travel fee is a required add-on ONLY if the location of the event is further than a 100 km round trip from our depot in Southport Qld (calculated via Google Maps).
We comply with the Trade Practices Act 1974 and ACCC requirements, so we charge a 10% GST on a top of the advertised price.
However, for your benefit, we don’t charge any Credit Card processing fees for online transactions or mobile EFTPOS payments.
Booking Terms & Conditions
If you choose to change the day or time for your Laser Tag event, you can do so at NO COST if we receive the change at least seven days before the event. Changes less than seven days before the event may incur a 50% fee.
Laser Tag can be played in all weather conditions. Light rain or patchy weather is acceptable and does not require cancellation.
However, if there is persistent rain, heavy wind or lightning, or stormy weather is on the forecast, you can reschedule the event for an agreed time and day at NO COST TO YOU by calling us at least 24 hours before your event starts.
Please remember that the full fee is payable once we have departed for your event.
If you choose to cancel your Laser Tag seven days or earlier, you can do it at NO COST. If you cancel less than seven days before the event, you will lose your 50% deposit.
*If you want to cancel a Vacation Care incursion in less than 45 days before the booked date, you may not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.
All Red Scorpion Laser Tag participants need to acknowledge and agree to play before participating in the games. Children under the age of 18 must have their parents/guardians consent before attending. All participants, parents, and guardians of players under 18 years of age must be aware of such activity’s inherent risks.
- Please remember that the playing area should be away from swimming pools and separated by appropriate, locked pool fencing.
- Sturdy enclosed footwear needs to be worn — no bare feet or thongs.
- Family pets need to be kept away from the playing area.
- Players MUST NOT be younger than six years (excl. Vacation Care sessions).
