Yes, we charge an extra $55 for laser tag parties with inflatables in public parks. It is not a Council’s fee, it’s our extra fee, and it does not provide you with your local Council’s permission to use a park.
Extra travel fee is a required add-on ONLY if the location of the event is further than a 100 km round trip from our depot in Southport Qld (calculated via Google Maps).
We comply with the Trade Practices Act 1974 and ACCC requirements, so our advertised prices include GST. What you see is what you pay. Also, we don’t charge any Credit Card processing fees for online transactions or mobile EFTPOS payments.
If you choose to cancel your Laser Tag seven days or earlier, you can do it at NO COST. If you cancel less than seven days before the event, you will lose your 50% deposit.
*If you want to cancel a Vacation Care incursion in less than 45 days before the booked date, you may not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.
If you choose to change the day or time for your Laser Tag event, you can do so at NO COST if we receive the change at least seven days before the event. Changes less than seven days before the event may incur a 50% fee.
